Photo taken by Cathy Fiebelkorn of NJ. A friend of mine battles anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts but says that motherhood has bound her to this earth, and there is no way she would abandon her children. To me, this photo is about the light that little ones bring to our lives. These are actually my feet beside my two-year-old niece’s in our matching Chuck Taylors. She is definitely the “All-Star” in my life and brings great joy to our family.
Happy Mother’s Day from Broken Light Collective. You can be an amazing mom, grandmom, and auntie no matter what your diagnosis or struggles may be.
