The Tunnel

Photo taken by a woman with long term depression and anxiety.

About this photo: Most of the time I find it hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel just feels like a dark and creepy place to be. But I try to push myself to keep going, and take the bit of light I find along the way, because who knows, what seems like endless nothingness, or a wall or barrier ahead, could end up being a door to a better place.

The pic certainly captures the feeling: I’ve been in that tunnel too.

It is glowing which is better than the foggy dark tunnel…
